Pros
I have been here since January and have not seen or heard any of the derogatory accusations laid out in other reviews. As one of the other reviewers stated, if your not happy walk out the door. I was not mislead by anyone in management, before or after being hired on. The noise I hear is everyone taking statements like "This is how we want this to happen" and turning those wishes into promises. There have been no sexual harassment by upper management. What I have seen is a former employee who left on his own try to duplicate Provalus's business model and got his hand spanked because of the none compete he signed. I'll say this again, quit posting inaccurate reviews against this company, if you are not happy... Go flip burgers at any of the local fast food joints.
