Paid training, provides great entry-level opportunities that are extremely difficult to find. Moreover, they're bringing these opportunities to rural areas that are in dire need of them.

Cons

They do push you out of your comfort zone, and training is fast-paced.

The commitment to the mission and communities Provalus service is contagious and unyielding, The company culture that has been created and maintained through the growth is a testament to both leadership and everyone around them (top to bottom).

Cons

Other than the difficult to get to locations (which are of course inherent to the mission), nothing.
