They will hire you off the street and give you a job in the industry

Cons

No support from above or below, You are very expendable, they will not pay you close to industry even if you are trained and certified. 1 day of bereavement, Managers are functionally useless to help you, even if they want to. What training. They hire failures and then continue to allow them to fail further at the cost of good people.
