      Pros

      Provalus believed in me when I didn't even know what I was capable of. I left for a better opportunity but would have never been able to do so without the experience that I received with Provalus.

      Cons

      I was occasionally part of back office discussions and saw that management and the leaders had good ideas and wants the best but try to soften the messaging. Be direct and communicate more.

      Provalus truly cares about career advancement, moral in the workplace, giving credit when credit is due and making sure you feel like family.. not an employee. If you work hard and do your work, you will continue to grow. If you work hard and stay organized, you can get your work completed by 5:00. You allow a work / life balance with your decisions and organizational skills during the day.
