Pros

Proven IT stands out because of its people and its commitment to employee development. From day one, I felt supported by both my peers and leadership. There's a genuine investment in helping employees grow. You're encouraged to take on stretch opportunities and build skills beyond your core role. The collaborative culture makes a real difference. Everyone I work with is approachable, talented, and willing to pitch in. Leadership is visible and engaged, not disconnected from the day to day. If you're someone who thrives in an environment where hard work is noticed and growth is possible, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Processes are still maturing as the company grows. If you like structure, just know some things are still being built out

Great colleagues hindered by ineffective sales leadership

Pros

The People, plain and simple, some of the best people I've ever worked with.

Cons

The Sr. Sales Leadership absolutely sucks. That company is "Death-by-Committee", and you are handcuffed at every turn. I swear they literally don't give a crap about the existing clients, the relationships built with those clients or the revenue those relationships with the clients bring in in the form of OTR... they only act like they care about 'new business'.

To support this, we provide structured training and development programs designed to help our sales teams succeed while maintaining strong client relationships. We also want to clarify that the characterization of a 25% workforce reduction is not accurate. Like many organizations, we regularly evaluate performance and make staffing decisions based on those evaluations to ensure we are building a strong and accountable team.
