Good salaries, benefits, employee cars and bonuses. Growing tech company with excellent development paths for individuals looking to advance their title, pay and skill set. Collaborative and friendly culture.

Cons

Although Proven IT provides excellent training; sales reps need to be self-motivated to succeed. Sales reps generate leads, manage time and develop client business strategies and solutions in a very competitive climate. It's not an easy job; if you're looking for a cake sales job, don't apply here.

I cannot express how thankful I am to work for Proven IT. When I first walked through the door, I was welcomed in with open arms. I could not believe how easy it was for me to feel comfortable and included in the Proven family. Leadership and Management recognize their employees' talents and push them in ways they have never been pushed before (in a good way). They recognize their strengths and help them utilize them to overcome their weaknesses. It is a comforting feeling knowing how much trust and faith they have in their employees, and how much time they invest into making everyone successful. They encourage a happy work environment and remind each employee daily how valuable they are to the team.
