      Pros

      I've never been a part of an organization that truly makes me feel like I'm a part of the family. They encourage me to be at my best. The energetic company culture differentiates Proven IT. The upper management is always willing to meet with you to brainstorm on new ideas and value your feedback. The benefits package and what Proven IT contributes to family coverage is more than generous. They take the stress out of providing for your family. I know this is an organization I plan on retiring with in the future.

      I can't say there are any cons, if I have a problem, the leaders and management are always willing to meet with you to address any concerns.
