      Pros

      Proven believes in the employees and gives them freedom to make decisions independently, take initiative, and move up within the company. The respect shown to employees from ownership, as well as peer to peer, is incredible. There are truly family values in place at our company, and the company makes business decisions with integrity and long term success in mind. Company vehicle, great benefits, 401k match...everything top notch!

      Cons

      Large decisions are carefully analyzed, and at times they can move slower than I would like.

      Pros

      I've been working at Proven for just over a year, in that time I've grown to really appreciate the company I work for. They listen to their employees everyone has a voice. We work in IT which is a field that changes constantly, Proven adapts to these changes effortlessly by being flexible with employee insight. They also take the time to appreciate employees on an individual level, at Proven you never feel like "just another employee".

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast, sometimes policies and changes can be rather abrupt without warning. Starting Salary is slightly lower than average salary.

      -Employees have the opportunity for growth and advancement -In-house and off-site product/knowledge trainings are encouraged -In-house leadership trainings and support -Great culture and environment to work in -Management treats employees like they are family -Management does their best to keep employees informed of business decisions and plans for the future of this company -Fun company events -Company vehicles for most departments -Competitive benefits package

      Cons

      None at this time. At the rate in which we’ve grown, there have been growing pains along the way. This stands true for any company with rapid development, which is why I do not consider this a “Con”.
