      Pros

      I am able to do my job with out upper management constantly looking over my shoulder. I am able to plan my own day as best works for me. Any issues that are brought to my manager are handled non judgmentally and usually reconciled quickly. Usage of a very nice company vehicle for business and occasional personal use is a very big perk!

      Cons

      Long days that sometimes feel very repetitive.

      - Great Atmosphere - Most people are here to push their abilities to the limit and keep growing. This allows for constant growth within the company - Self growing before looking for outside people - Quarterly IT team building outings - Training benefits - Family oriented - Great benefits

      - Hurdles moving from small business policies to large business policies - Lack of communication between departments - Lack of communication on future goals

      Pros

      Great work hours. The company events are always a blast! The IT events our individual department throws are fun. I cannot speak on the CEO because I have not seen him or spoken to him before but the VP and COO are amazing people. Company that cares about charities.

      Cons

      Salaries/raises are poor for IT within the network tech department. Reviews are not performed within a timely manner. Toxic direct leadership within the department. Favoritism. Micromanagement.
