Excellent Family-Owned Company, Great Culture
Pros
From day 1 for me, the culture has been excellent here at Proven IT. The vision and values of the organization have been very transparent from ownership down, and there has been very little deviation in the marketing and growth plan. Ownership and family is very approachable, and if/when issues arise, they are taken care of very quickly. Also, the strategy of being top-heavy in support and service helps considerably on the sales and consulting end. I feel like everyone here is very supportive of each other from the top down. I've been in the industry for 10+ years, and can honestly say this is hands-down the most well-run Managed IT/Print organization in Chicago. So much opportunity to compete hard and grow professionally here as well.

Can honestly say that any cons/issues have been minimal, and have been resolved quickly.
