      -Employees have the opportunity for growth and advancement -In-house and off-site product/knowledge trainings are encouraged -In-house leadership trainings and support -Great culture and environment to work in -Management treats employees like they are family -Management does their best to keep employees informed of business decisions and plans for the future of this company -Fun company events -Company vehicles for most departments -Competitive benefits package

      None at this time. At the rate in which we’ve grown, there have been growing pains along the way. This stands true for any company with rapid development, which is why I do not consider this a “Con”.

      Chicago-based, family-owned, forward-thinking and progressive company. Very involved in community events and charitable contributions. Growth-minded and technology-driven, Proven brings a multitude of business solutions and best practices. Employees have a daily opportunity to interact with the Executive and Managerial teams. Very diverse employee pool. Recognized regionally and nationally as one the best in the office technology industry.

      Very demanding and face-paced environment that is not for everyone.

      Extremely fun work environment. Company creates fun events for employees. Not a whole lot of micromanagement. Great partnerships. Incredible Growth. Possibility of Company Vehicle. COO is a phenomenal man and truly wants what is best for his employees. Minimal cons.
