      Awful leadership and no guidance.

      Pros

      There are none to work for this company. The structure is very poor and there is a lot of wasted time on company meetings/protocol that can easily be done via web or conference call.

      Cons

      Wasted time with poor management. Too much competition out there that Proven can't compete with. Makes empty promises to employees and management does an awful job at supporting the reps (especially in Tinley Park and Lake Forest)

      Business hours rule. Schedule is Monday-Friday.

      Cons

      Communication does not exist between management and the field. Yearly reviews, mandated by the employee handbook, do not occur unless that employee repeatedly demands an audience with upper management. Profanity and intimidation are the preferred methods of corrective action by management. Benefits are minimal, thankfully my wife has health insurance through her job. Owner mentioned potential profit sharing contributions to our 401k several years ago that have never materialized. Yearly customer events at Tinley Park office, in which alcohol is served, result in employees driving home company vehicles after having consumed alcohol themselves.
