Great Leadership - The leadership staff is this company is fantastic. Everyone makes its a point to know your name, who you are, and what your role is in the company. It may not seem much, but to hold a "water-cooler" conversation with an executive from the company can really make a large impact in overall moral. Communication - There are constantly emails going back and forth between individuals regarding all aspects of the business. It's very difficult to not be included with any step or process you may be working on with Proven. Training - Though Proven does have several different positions within the company, training is something that is taken very seriously across all departments. Proven has gone as far as having different people from around the country come to out and host training events right here at the office! Benefits - Despite being fairly small scale, the benefits package is very competitive (insurance, 401k) as well as other advantages!

Incredible culture- the atmosphere hardly makes it feel like work. 2.Advancement opportunity- with the rapid growth due to the incredible team here, there are a ton of opportunities for advancement. 3. Skill Building- there are many chances at Proven to gain skills, certs, and knowledge. 4. Perks- Proven really excels at spoiling employee's. Honestly there are too many perks to list. After working here for a few years now I can honestly say I would have a hard time leaving this company. I always had an idea of how a great workplace should look and then I got to realize it when I started at Proven.
