Pros

Work/family split time. Everyone was easy to work with. When I was leaving I was told by HR and my previous boss that I could come back if I wanted to.

Pros

Employees are friendly. Periodically catered lunches are nice. Lots of technological exposure.

Cons

The only way to move up is to be buddy buddy with upper management. The review process for raises can take up to a year for you to get an inconclusive answer. If anything is promised to you if it isn't in writing consider it not existent. The company is growing but the structural foundation has become extremely flimsy. There is very little organization even down to the accurate display of vacation time in Paylocity. No real continuing education system has been implemented either. The will ask you to obtain extra certifications but will only provide you one resource. The rest will be on your own. Best advice gain your experience and GET OUT!

Weekends and Holidays off. Department manager was great.

Cons

No recognition from upper management, Unprofessional HR, Too many family and friends are hired in, Unprofessional behavior in other departments, No communication, Lack of structure in other departments, Sales Rep do not follow protocol and cause extra work for all other departments, Low Moral.
