Pros

Great company culture and fun atmosphere is out of the corporate office. Corporate office is glitz and glamour and customers will love it. Management is great depending on who you have. The Intent is there to have a great company and be service driven. The tools are in place to grow but all of this seems rather phony once you leave the corporate location.

Cons

Growing pains trying to build business in new areas. Culture does not align with corporate in outlying areas Rewarded for who you know in the company not what you do. The glitz and glamour was great until the follow up with clientele was not. The clique coming from corporate is the culprit that has caused more turnover than I have ever seen in this industry. All people should be treated the same and privy to the same resources. Some are given all they need to succeed, others nothing. If you consider a job here than make sure to keep a Office at corporate and be ready to engage in great politics.

Pros

This company offers great potential for young professionals, especially those eager to break into the sales field. With impressive revenue figures, it’s clear they’re doing well financially. However, there seems to be a disconnect when it comes to investing in internal processes, particularly the CRM system, which feels outdated and inefficient for a company of this scale. For those starting in sales, this company provides a more traditional approach: lots of driving, fieldwork, and door-to-door outreach. While this hands-on experience can be valuable, it might not be the best fit for everyone in the long term. The turnover rate in the sales department is relatively high, which suggests the role can be challenging and demanding. On the positive side, the company offers a competitive salary and fosters a vibrant work culture with regular team outings and events. Despite some of the more traditional practices, there’s a strong sense of camaraderie among the team. Additionally, the company is pivoting to newer industries, such as IT security, which signals growth and opportunity in emerging fields. While the company’s operations may feel a bit old-school, especially in sales, it’s clear that they’re making strides to adapt to changing industry needs. For individuals seeking a stable role with a structured environment, this could be a good opportunity, though it's important to be prepared for the traditional sales hustle and the challenges that come with it.

Cons

While I’m grateful for my time at the company, I’m personally relieved to have moved on. As a young professional, I’m looking for innovation, both on the technical and sales sides, and a company that prioritizes investment in internal processes. Unfortunately, I felt that this company was more focused on maintaining the status quo rather than driving change. There also seemed to be a certain favoritism toward individuals who had close connections with upper management, which created a somewhat uncomfortable environment. For those who are more seasoned in their careers, this might be a better fit, but for younger professionals seeking growth, modern tools, and a forward-thinking approach, I would recommend exploring other opportunities.
