Pros

* The company spins off new companies with existing products and stars new products by choosing new technologies and stacks. This makes it interesting to work here because you always learn something new and you don't have any "legacy" software to maintain. * It is a nonprofit company. So, you work for the good guys. * As a nonprofit company, they have some benefits for visa sponsorships. * Unlimited vacations * Great health plan * 401K

Cons

* It doesn't offer stocks.
