Pros

The pay is on time. The view is great if you're up front.

Cons

Management is incapable of self reflection as to why all of their PCCs, except for the one that does almost nothing and watches TV all day, are leaving after six months. The Medical Assistants make up things to gossip about to get you in trouble. Management won't tell you what you need to do differently or how to do it, just that you aren't doing it right and you need to be doing more. The doctors make up new rules every week and you get to play "guess the rule by being screamed at." There is no follow through on any implementations. You can't be a go-getter as management tells you that you aren't doing enough, anything, or doing anything right.
