Pros

The coworkers were very friendly.

Cons

They made us work way to many ours; people were constantly leaving, and they wouldn’t hire more people, so we’d get way more work.

Not bad but getting worse...

Pros

The pay is not bad.

Cons

More and more, management is distant and impersonal. I have been lucky to have a (new) manager who still cares.

Pros

There weren't a whole lot of pros with this position.

Cons

Manager was difficult to approach and talk to with work related issues. She expected perfection and definitely played favorites. She was not understanding of personal boundaries and ignored our scheduled work hours. It was not unusual to work from 6am to 5pm Mon-Fri and then work a weekend day as well.
