Pros

Non-profit organization that is now under Providence Hospital. Providence seems to have an established and better understanding to the future in healthcare.

Cons

Leadership need to demonstrate what they are "leaders". Current leaders got their positions by brown nosing their way up and not by preparing themselves in how to run a floor, department or their staff. Most if not all leaders working for St Joseph Heritage have only obtained a high school diploma. Preparedness, knowledge and common sense needs to be thought to the current leaders.

Pros

Free turkey for staff at Thanksgiving, fun events a few times a year for employees, several charitable events throughout the year to help the community

Cons

Pay is terrible, management's biggest focus when something goes wrong is who they can blame rather than how to prevent it from happening again, employees are spread too thin and overworked
