Pros

- DIG team norms are great in helping to create a good work culture. Not enough to help DIG grow as a technology group though.

Cons

- Poor diversity and inclusion. - This is a management heavy technology group within a very large not-for-profit company. Too many decision makers lead to slow growth. - Development managers on software teams are not required to have core knowledge and experience, which is unhealthy for the team and product. - A large part of the group was recently shut down within 2-3 years of the group's formation. - Salaries are not at par with current market pay levels.
