Pros

Decent benefits. OK retirement. Knowledgeable staff who are usually willing to assist in a time of need. Shiny, relatively new facility.

Cons

Poor management, poor compensation increases even when you "exceed expectations" on annual reviews, unsafe working conditions for anyone not working on day shift.

Pros

Good benefits, lots of experience, discounts at many locations due to employment here, high level of professionalism and good ideas to improve employee satisfaction

Cons

Management is less than stellar, employees feel that providence finds patient care is less important than money. Sadly the good ideas they want employees to implement are not taken seriously by management.

Pros

Decent health benefits. Can transfer laterally to other departments after 6 months

Cons

PTO isn't comparable; They lump in vacation, sick, and holiday into one fund. The pay is low
