Pros

Wonderful training and education services. Competitive compensation and benefits. So many growth opportunities. My position has a flex schedule, which was nice.

Cons

Because it's so big, implementation of anything new or making requests is a very slow process.

Pros

Insurance coverage was great. Education opportunities great.

Cons

My performance reviews were always "meets or exceeds expectations" But get a new manager who had no idea what she was doing who was very offended when I offered my help when she made a huge mistake that would have cost her, her job. From that point on she had it in for me. She sabotage me at every turn, and would even try to set me up to try to get me fired. She was very unprofessional. In her efforts to try to get me fired she put patients and co-workers at risk. Even after I left she went on a smear campaign to destroy my name to future employers. She is a very nasty person who brought a very bad name to the company.
