Providence reviews

I worked in a department within HR/Finance which is just a glorified call center and getting worse. If that is the environment you want to work in great but I was looking to put my many years of experience into play and that won't happen. Also, don't expect more than a 20 cent raise every year. And for a health care company the benefits aren't very good at all. I'm not talking about the cost (which isn't any better than other large companies) so much as the choices.

For a non profit, they sure do seem to be worried about making money. Working with outdated technology is a big problem in hospitals.
