Pros

This position allows you to work with patients daily and see all departments of the hospital. Requires minimal education and training. Great job for entry level healthcare minded people.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement. It is a job not a career if that makes sense. Become almost routine or robotic after a few years and the compensation is not inline with the work load and stress.

Working there was like having another family.

I wish that management would have listened to suggestions to help the department. Sometimes suggestions fell on deaf ears.

All employees seemed to be dedicated to serving the community need and advancing the mission that was founded by the Sisters of Providence
