Pros

"Walk the walk" of the mission. Good innovation possibilities. Focus on the patient.

Cons

Higher leadership has good plans, but frequently forgets that they don't actually know how to actually do the work, or know the extent of the work required, They try to tackle work, then delegate without adequate resources sometimes.

Pros

I had come from the high tech industry and was used to bottom line and whatever makes the most money - this is a place that focuses on making a better experience for the patient and truly helping people to heal and live healthier lives. It's about team work, working in a positive environment and helping your peers with their work as well.

Cons

It's a bit fragmented with so many locations across so many states, but it's something people acknowledge and work on consistently
