Pros

Co-workers are wonderful, alot like a family. Treated well by management. Medical benefits are wonderful and inexpensive.

Cons

Pay raises don't really exist, hardly the cost of living each year. Don't feel that the company cares about the employee outside of work, and the quality of life we need outside of work. Raises aren't based on performance and what the raises are based on seems to keep the raises quite low since most don't fit the highest standards they have set for the 'best' raise which isn't that great.

Pros

The community of co-workers is a great environment with the opportunity to grow into different departments. I love the mission and what Providence does for the community, along with the different training's it provides to it's employees.

Cons

Upper management tends to not be transparent in the decisions they are going to make, this makes for hard transitions between new team members and new leadership.Compensation tends to be a big issue as many are promised the ability to move up in their department, but it doesn't happen.
