Pros

None. You must fit in. If you don’t you feel it.

Cons

Major micromanagement. They lied about the details of the job. Low pay for what you have to do. Absolutely horrible training. DO NOT WORK IN THE REHABILITATION CLINICS! ITS A HOT MESS! Turnover is huge!

Pros

Decent pay, good hours, weekends off

Cons

Poor insurance (2026) they don’t even cover with their own brand, middle management don’t have training to be good managers; we just good at their jobs and got the promotion.
