Pros

No pros to be quite Frank. Maybe the relationships formed with some co workers

Cons

CNA’s will always be short on this floor. Management will reprimand and bully you for speaking up about the staffing situation. They treat workers like robots and not actual human beings. The entire hospital refused to float to this specific unit. Manger is a thief and consistently and purposely short staffs the unit in order to get a fat bonus yearly as a reward for staying under budget. She has been there for decades. Run for your life because they hire anyone and everyone since the turnover is extremely low.

Pros

There are plenty of things that make this a good organization to work for. Decent insurance, decent pay, decent support from immediate leadership.

Cons

The big problem I see as someone who is a fly on the wall is that they do not give any support to developing people internally no matter what they say on paper.
