Pros

Nice people, strong mission messaging, Pretty buildings.

Cons

Invisible leadership, reactionary problem solving, stewardship on the backs of its caregivers, too many long term employees with no new ideas, echo chamber constantly congratulating themselves. HR practices borders malpractice. Employee survey gets looked at once a year. Overly emotional empathy does not equal best practice.

It is a good place to work and be able to learn if you are able to move around the company.

Cons

Poor pay increases, been here over 8 years and it is just about the same every year, lucky to get .50 cents in and increase some people do not get anything.
