Pros

Low insurance premiums and salary.

Cons

Very ignorant and unprofessional staff. Lack of following through on multiple levels in the organization. Other professional staff with graduate degrees are not treated equally on various levels compared to PA’s, Physicians ARNP’s.

Pros

The ability to focus upon the stated mission of the organization in all work capacities, while that was still a viable pursuit.

Cons

Steadily deteriorating organizational focus upon mission tenets due to industry pressures to expand too quickly, which resulted in executive leadership placement of individuals unqualified for core aspects of their roles, who were unprepared to recruit input from the experts at operational levels so as to realize optimal operating and patient care outcomes and proper leveraging of experienced IT personnel to successfully and efficiently integrate disparate technical infrastructure. Decreasing focus upon mission and vocational / developmental welfare of staff across disciplines.

Pros

Good Parking in Renton. Good Benefits. Great Coworkers. The company celebrates holidays, etc, but certain groups are not allowed to attend. I can’t think of anything else.

Cons

Management is a joke. Spend more time in High School antics than managing. Employees do everything possible to not include Manager so they can get work done. Manager more interested in gossiping with favorites than managing. A day the manager is not there is day where employees smile, work together and are able to get work accomplished. Nothing is done about this and the employees are blamed. A very Depressing environment.
