Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed my colleagues throughout my years with the organization.

Cons

Providence’s Mission Statement is does not apply to its employees. Constant turnover in management, no support from management and/or HR, lack of communication, rules and policies do not apply to everyone, favoritism showed towards certain employees by management. Do not get on the bad side of management or disagree with them. If you do get on their bad side, they will outright lie to blackball an employee that's crossed them. If you are a honest, hard working individual this is not the place for you. You will get frustrated and used. The worse of a person you are, the better you are fitted for this job.

Pros

Great benefits, mostly great people to work with, flexible schedules, central location, the trick is getting on the right team that empowers their staff.

Cons

Management seems to be less and less concerned with well being of staff. Lots of negative turnover and occasional lay offs. Many people quitting managers, not the organization. Downsizing has made it more difficult to move positions within the company.
