      * Pay is good, but uneven throughout team * HDHP of $1400 for individuals is lower than some other places

      Cons

      * Too focused on growth * Does not plan for support of new, larger organization * Poor communication from leadership * Overworked, under-appreciated staff * Token statements of support, no real action * Half-baked projects * No focus * No training

      Pros

      Work like balance is amazing love the free gym offered at the Renton campus the medical plan is not the best but definitely out there, especially the no monthly premium and $700 free money given to employees to use towards that $1500 deductible

      Cons

      PTO is not up to market standards. We accumulate about 25 days a year but EVERYTHING, including sick time and holidays as well as vacations come out of that 25 days. Way below market standard. Low wages, HOWEVER, it's all in how you negotiate (I learned this lesson the hard way). I've seen people get paid a $10K difference in salary for the same position

      Going through and identify crisis, unsure if what they want to keep from the old culture and unclear about the core drivers for the new culture.
