      Pros

      Fantastic cross-team camaraderie. Excitement through out org. around caring for physicians and clinicians in every step of their careers. C-Suite supports innovation and departure from typical recruitment models. Because PS&D was born out of a 160 old healthcare system, it feels like a low-risk start-up with incredible work-life balance.

      Cons

      Small, but vocal, group is hesitant to embrace innovating changes.

      Pros

      It's a great team with a fun and personable work culture - we have team events both during and outside of work hours. Since the organization is in a start-up phase, there's always something new happening so you'll never get bored.

      Cons

      Being more of a start-up, the team has had some growing pains around change management. Working with ambiguity is part of the job.

      - Great work life balance - Supportive co-workers and manager, plus management provides an "open door" approach - Fun team events planned throughout the team - Process improvement is important to all team members - Helping bring APPs and Physicians to communities in needs - Growth: Plenty of new positions since I started less than six months ago

      Cons

      - Our title can be confusing, physicians assume we only do provider recruitment and APPs don't like to be called providers.
