      Pros

      I so enjoy the level of professionalism and optimism on this team! Being able to have a considerable work/life balance and also the freedom to work at the top of my abilities without being micromanaged is most helpful in order for me to feel creative and effective in my work flow process.

      Cons

      I would love more opportunities to connect with tenured senior recruiters and leadership for development and growth opportunities. The training is limited.
