      - Pretty Flexible - Hybrid (for now, in the office a few days a week, usally WFH Mon & Fri) - Open office space

      Cons

      - Low Pay - No room for real growth unless you're buddies with management or have a long tenure - Still trying to figure out processes and procedures that should be standard - Management - Liars
