      Pros

      The CEO is involved in the business. There is a lot of flexibility and collaboration at Prowess. The team is comprised of many highly intelligent people.

      Cons

      Corporate is located in Georgetown which is not ideal for me.

      I have been with Prowess less than a year, and at this point, I do not have any complaints about the company.

      Pros

      For my SDET position daily start and end times were Flexible. The work I did could be performed at home or in office.

      Cons

      The company doesn't invest in its employees. As soon as the contract I worked on was done so was I. As far as I was aware no attempt was made to place me elsewhere in the company.
