      I have been with Prowess less than a year, and at this point, I do not have any complaints about the company.

      Fantastic company, lacking a bit in communication skills

      Friendly work environment, people were very open to ideas, nice office, close to home, freedom to telecommute, flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Communication between management and employees was lacking at crucial times, project managers as a whole did not work especially hard to find new work for employees, designers were not included in projects until the end and often kept in the dark about requirements

      Pros

      Prowess is incredibly support of its employees, many of whom work as contractors at companies like Microsoft. The contractor position I have, and from what I've heard from others, they agree, is incredibly laid back. I would highly recommend the role.

      Cons

      Not being an actual employee of Microsoft has its drawbacks though. I have never really felt like a part of the team. I don't have any opportunities for promotions and have never received a proper raise, or any reason to go above and beyond the expectations of my manager. That said, its the best job I've ever had in terms of compensation vs time required in the role.
