Pros

I've been working at ArcBlue for 8years and it's been an incredible experience. The company genuinely values its employees' well-being and understands the importance of work-life balance. The flexible working arrangements here are fantastic - whether it's remote work options, flexible hours, or accommodating personal needs, the company truly supports its employees. Some added benefits include wellness programs, internal development and regular team events. What sets this company apart is its outstanding company culture. The team environment is supportive, collaborative, and fosters growth. Management is approachable and genuinely cares about employees' development and success. I feel privileged to be a part of such a forward-thinking and inclusive company culture that values its employees' happiness and professional growth.

Cons

Like any company, there are areas that could see improvement however I can't think of any right now.

Pros

Proxima knows how to develop their people. They offer numerous in-person and virtual training opportunities at all levels, varying from off-site getaways to ad-hoc courses through their 'X-fund', which provides funding for training and learning for each individual employee. Beyond this, the people at Proxima are what makes it great. Each employee you work with will challenge you to be the best version of yourself as you move up in your career. There is no shortage of peer support at this company.

Cons

Working hours can vary by project and team, but this comes with the territory of consulting. Be prepared to learn from different people, teams, and client projects on a regular basis.
