There is a very strong team culture and are surrounded by strong individuals and characters. Help is there if needed and you are encouraged to be responsible for your own developlement in the direction you want to go in

You are kepy very busy - but that's a good thing too. You get given a lot of responsibility, so its not possible to hide on a bad day!
