Pros

Entrepreneurial atmosphere with a start-up mentality. Great people who are passionate about procurement and helping colleagues and clients alike. Very interesting project based work for clients that range across industry verticals. Good work life balance for a consultant (although it does depend on the client).

Cons

Benefits could be better (although the PTO allocated is nice). Disconnect between HR (UK based) and US employees. It can take time to get acclimated to the EU/UK reporting structure.

Pros

Invest in their staff, providing great opportunities to learn and develop. Really care about the client deliverables and outcome and have a great reputation for great delivery

Cons

The pace is fast and the need to travel is high and sometimes people enter consultancy without this realisation
