Pros

In-depth training information is available if you avail yourself of it.

Cons

Killer hours required; Insanely large territories; No sense of team - internally competitive and bloodthirsty. READ THE FINE PRINT. Don't sign their contract - they will come after you, long after you are out of the company, to recoup any monies you've made on clients who later decide to cancel or stop paying premiums.

Pros

Work/Life Balance is decent and works out ok

Cons

Compensation structure is what drives most employees away. It's a "kill what you catch" pay structure.

Pros

Name Recognition - length of time in business. Training for passing Securiies tests was excellent - Training Manager knew when you were ready

Cons

As a new rep, your Manager is required to go out with you on all Client appointments. Now if he has sick dog or dead battery, you need to reschedule your appointment. Commissions are low.
