      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Pay is competitive and work life balance is sufficient.

      Cons

      Senior leadership lacks direction. Opportunities for development are severely limited. Company processes are dated and leadership is not open to suggestions. Cronyism, cliques, and work place politics are the only way to get ahead. Senior leadership at the company does not value education or experience.
