Pros

Great people, lots of long term employees who really care about clients. Freedom to make the best decisions to benefit clients and maintain long term relationships with clients.

Cons

Management changed their focus, no longer interested in maintaining a client base that is happy and can be used as a reference or a referal. Currently, their focus is to increase stock price by cutting personel and services offered to their top clients. Clients aren't feeling the love so they are exploring other opportunities. Client satisfaction ratings are falling fast which have a direct coorelation to decreased services.

Pros

name recognition. advertising. support of management and co-workers. market leader. great web site. I have enjoyed my 6+ years as an agent

Cons

Not too many. I guess I would say the commission split. Others are higher, but they don't get as much back from their company.
