Pros

Great advancement opportunities within a great company. I left Prudential to pursue a graduate degree that would further advance my career in my field.

Cons

I don't have many downsides to working at Prudential, other than it was difficult to get things accomplished at times due tot he size of the company.

Cons

to much turn over - with so many people moving around you rarely have a chance to make a good relationship
