Pros

Prudential has a great work life balance. Flexibility is great. Many parents with young kids work here. If you are looking for a slower paced environment for work, this is a great place.

Cons

The pay is not the best, especially not coming in as an intern. However, if you stick around for at least a year, you will see increases.
