      Pros

      Staff at the inpatient unit was great-everyone worked together as a team.Patient care was exceptional. Work atmosphere was harmonious and far above average.

      Cons

      Corporate stepped in.New management , staff cuts. Many of the staff have left -others are looking for jobs. Patient care is now second to the bottom line...

      Convenient locations, we had fairly decent cafe on site, good salary, good retirement

      Cons

      Way too much work to possibly ever complete while at work, old out-of-date computers, micromanagement of every task, only concerned about profit

      Some good people...that end up leaving.

      Cons

      Horrible overall culture, micromanaging narcissistic leadership, fear based management style, extremely low salaries, expensive benefits that cover little to nothing, HR incompetent and ruthless.
