      Pros

      The residents-I enjoy geriatric patients. I learn something from them daily! It could be regarding their disease or simply the process of aging. They love to tell their stories about life and the experiences they have been through-and I love listening to them.

      Cons

      Staffing issues. Of course there is never enough, but you find creative ways to get around the issues and get the job done.

      Benefits package after 90 days, convenient locations, has potential if you have the right team around you,

      High turn over rate, horrible training, unethical practices to become compliant with state standards, management, unrealistic expectations of field clinicians and office staff, no holidays off, low pay, stressful environment, staying compliant with the state seems to be an issue,
