      Pros

      Individual offices are independent and self-sustaining. Ability to work between offices and even between fields, such as home health and hospice. Great people to work with in a friendly environment.

      Cons

      Family-owned and run business; not always up-to-date with current business practices. Positions generally filled from within instead of searching externally for the best talent in the field. Interest in outperforming other companies not always evident in actions. Individual orientation remains ineffective for professional jobs; inconsistent and haphazard at best.

      Pros

      Loved the residents and the pay was pretty good.

      Cons

      Management doesn't truly care about the lack of care that CNA's give residents. Showers were NOT given and I always had problems with this issue. The state was in the facility too much! I was also bullied by many staff members. Very hostile work environment.

      The employees are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      The upper management of this company feels entitled to extravagant perks while corporate employees struggle with very few PTO days to spend with families. The only holiday provided by the company is Christmas day. The CIO of this company only wants his personal and professional friends working for him. Many, many intelligent, talented, and experienced people were either let go or fired (without real cause) to make room for his 'friends'. Many others left on their own because they saw 'the writing on the wall". This company provides life saving and life giving services for their patients and families, yet the company doesn't provide the same qualities for their employees.
