      Decent pay , opportunity to advance, great residents, tuition programs

      Cons

      This company is all about the buck. They make everything green for a reason... money money money. This company is not loyal to their staff or residents from Corp. down. I've never been so dissapointed/let down by so many people most of which were Lead positions.

      Pros

      There are maybe 6 people that work here that welcomed me To the company and was and still is sincere.

      Cons

      Extremely rude CNA's, nurses, administration. One CNA acts like she runs the place and has to be seen AND heard. More concerned about others work than doing her own. Your first set of scrubs are free but have to be ordered. Your name badge takes forever to be delivered. I've been here almost a month and no badge, scrubs, or access to chart. You're lucky if you Even get a lunch..... And if you work 2nd shift, good luck with parking.

      Dissatisfied, Great Coworkers, Unable to Move up in company because of confit with supervisor.

      Pros

      Overall I loved my job. I loved the people that I worked with. I get calls everyday on how much they miss me at the office and wish I could come back and be apart of the team.

      Cons

      VP AND Regionals aren't supportive of staff in admissions. I had 3 supervisors to submit to. All had different exceptions. As a result of that I was terminated
