      Pay is low for amount of work done. Disorganized at a manager level and training should be approached a different way.

      Pros

      New facility, nice patients, great rehabilitation services offered. Upon initial hire, they were understanding that I was a full-time college student and had a minimal schedule of days I could work.

      Cons

      Per their bylaws they claim that CNAs will only have max 7 patients; I had double this almost every shift which makes for bad care for the patients and difficult to finish all tasks as an employee. Poorly run and organized. You will be overworked and underpaid. Thankfully I was only part-time, otherwise I would not have worked here for as long as I did.
